In Ruin 2012
In Ruin was a process-based installation which involved the creation and destruction of a wall painting and the reformulation of the material into sculptural elements. The element and folding of time was of primary investigation. The work was photographed, printed, collaged, painted, decorated, carved and then destroyed. The material was then painted, plastered, cut, scored, taped, presented, positioned, and displayed. The exhibition contained everything from finished photos and small paintings to dust and trash.
